# Jobzumi Terms of Service

Welcome to Jobzumi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jobzumi platform and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Raia Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
## 1. Service Description
Jobzumi is a platform that helps small agencies recruit faster by automating the screening process. The Service allows agency owners to create custom questionnaires for candidates, specify criteria for ideal answers, and uses AI to rank candidate responses.
## 2. User Accounts
2.1. To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
## 3. Use of the Service
3.1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3.2. You shall not:
a) Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
b) Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
c) Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Jobzumi, a Jobzumi employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
d) Use the Service to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
## 4. Intellectual Property
4.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Raia Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
4.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as incidental to normal web browsing or as expressly permitted in writing by us.
## 5. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
## 6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
## 7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Raia Technologies, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
## 8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
